I understand that I will be required to complete a criminal background check which may bar persons with felony charges and any misdemeanors related to theft.

I understand and agree that there is a fee for the background check paid to the parent platform in the amount of $17.99.

I will be available to work at least 15 hours per week, which will include Saturday and/or Sunday.

I understand that I am responsible for providing any and all equipment needed.

I understand that I can not miss any days of the certification course and I commit to setting aside the time that it will take to complete the course.

I understand that this is a seasonal opportunity to work as an Independent Contractor with DK Consulting.

I understand that I will be contracted to take incoming calls for a pledge drive for companies such as St. Jude, PBS, NPR, ASPCA and others.

I understand that this opportunity pays $0.20- $0.35 per talk minute, plus any bonuses that I earn.

I understand that I will be required to pass a vocal demonstration read and recorded via video.
